Retired elementary administrator with over 30 years of service to the students and families in Fairfax County Public Schools. She is currently a University Facilitator in the College of Education at George Mason University. Ms. Sims serves as an Elder member of the Christian Education Committee, member of the Gospel-Aires and the SHARE Committee at Sargent Memorial Presbyterian Church. She is a Diamond Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Founding member of SPEC. She is the President and founder of Best Solutions Educational Servicess, LLC, Currently serving in her 2nd term as Board Member of the Arc of Prince George's County. Ms. Martin is a School Psychologist with 30 yerars of experience in education, a consultant to L.E.E.P Foundation Inc., and former parent facilitator for the Children's Developmental Clinic of Prince George's Community College. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and a member of the Scholarship Committee for Woodstream Church.
Ms. Kinney is also Co-Chair of SPEC's Fire Safety Program. She is a former government executive
( Deputy Assistant Inspector General). She is a special needs family advocate and a fomre foster parent. She serves as Adjunct faculty at Howard County Coummunity College.

Ms. Tingle is also the Grants and Funding Chairperson. She is a parent/child advocate that served on numerous PTSAs, PTAs and PTOs during the past 16 years (most recently serving as the PTSA President at Charles Herbert Flowers High School. She was also instrumental in the reinstatement of the Prince Georges County Parent Teacher Association. Her community involvement includes serving as the current President of FVEECA HOA, a member of the Volunteer Ministry at First Baptist Church of Glenarden and numerous Democratic campaigns. She is a full time Government Negotiator at the Office of Naval Research.
